Expired Vermont Vanity License Plate RAM84. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. This plate has about 6 stickers stuck on the MAIN part of the plate. What a shame !!! But I suppose with a little warm water and a little care pulling them very slowly may help without using something to scratch the plate. Okay this plate shows damage around the top mounting holes, A scratch across the t on Vermont, And the plate has cracks on the left edge. Also the plate needs cleaning and has scratches and dents and scrapes and rust. Please look at the pictures closely before you purchase. Thanks
