Very nice quality Finchley leather. Lightly pebbled surface. Beautiful stitching, all tight and light like new. No corner wear. Clean, no smells, from a smoke free home. Rings operation is tight and like new. I tried to take many photos to show it from different angles, with rings open/closed, etc.
This Filofax size (mini) can be used as a wallet or small planner.
Condition is officially "used" because it has been pre-owned, but it has never been used or carried -- overall condition is excellent.  Item is like new with one small pink-on-pink 1mm mark on the spine, barely visible (pictured). I am super picky or honestly would not have even noticed - it is very hard to see. There is a white arrow on the photo to point to the small mark's location.
