Mesohippus Partial Skull & Associated Teeth Horse Fossil, Oligocene, Nebraska

Description

For auction is a Oligocene Mesohippus partial back of horse skull with associated cheek teeth. This comes from the White River Badlands of Nebraska. Partial skull is about 4 inches long. One side cheek teeth consist of one piece with 6 teeth. Other side consists of 2 pieces with 3 teeth and 2 teeth.  Tooth which would have joined 2 sections missing. All pieces have been give a light coating of VINAC.
