THIS SALE IS FOR TWO PLATES AND THE ORIGINAL DMV ENVELOPE !This was a great find at an estate sale. The plates are as found and need a little cleaning as they were hung in a garage along with the original mailing envelope from DMV. The envelope is in poor shape but is super nice to have. This being a low number it could have belonged to someone special in Vermont Government ???
