Rare Antique Bisque Lace Fabric Powder Puff German Lady Hand Painted Blue

What a wonderful find!!  Antique fabric, lace and bisque powder puff. Hand painted womans head. Light blue with a blue/pink ribbon. NO DAMAGE. Looks to be in unused condition. 1/4 ounce unpacked weight. Approx 3.5 inches in diameter and about 1.25 inches deep. A real beauty!  Found in historic Albany Oregon. 1st time listed on ebay, don't let this one get away. Marked on the back of the bisque head, looks like it says Germany.
