Vtg 'SANTA MARIA' Wooden Sailing Ship w/canvas sails - 1 of Columbus's fleet

Description

This auction is for a vintage, wooden model of the Christopher Columbus's SANTA MARIA. Its sails are canvas. The bow of the ship has a wooden piece missing. The canvas sails and ropes appear to be original. Some ropes may be loose and may need to be tightened or reattached. There are round, wooden 'weights' attached to some of the ropes (see pictures). I believe the name plate is brass. Any flags are missing. Ship measures 21" in total length. It is about 23" tall counting its stand. Ship is being sold AS IS. It needs a bit of tender loving care.
